What you enter

You accept these terms when you approve a quote — not when you brief.

Plaggra Studio AB: Submitting a brief at /brief is free and non-binding. A contract between Plaggra Studio AB (org. no. 559412-0000) and your business is formed only when you approve a quote in writing — by email, by signing in your /konto view, or by paying an issued advance invoice. Consumer rights (distance-selling withdrawal) do not apply — garments are made to measure and fall outside the scope under Ch. 2 §11 of the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59).

Delivery

Two stages — sample kit and run.

Quote within 48 hours: Once the brief is received we return a written quote within 48 working hours. The quote specifies material, construction, size range, price, sample-kit contents, and expected delivery lead time. The price is fixed against the quote — not against a catalogue estimate.
Sample kit before run: No run enters production until you confirm the sample kit in writing. The kit includes one garment per size in the material we propose. You wear, wash, and report back within three weeks. If you do not approve, the engagement ends at no cost beyond the sample-kit fee stated in the quote.
Run lead time: After an approved sample fit, normal lead time is 4–8 weeks depending on material and volume. Delivery is via PostNord or DHL to the Swedish address you provide. If anything delays the fabric we tell you the same week with a new written date — never in silence.

Payment

Advance on the sample kit, balance on delivery.

Price base and VAT: Quote prices are in Swedish kronor excluding VAT. Swedish VAT (25%) is added for businesses operating in Sweden. For EU customers with a valid VAT number, reverse charge applies under Ch. 1 §2 of the Swedish VAT Act.
Terms and late payment: The advance for the sample kit is invoiced on quote approval with net 14 days. The balance invoice is issued when the run is complete, net 30 days. Late payments accrue interest per the Swedish Interest Act (1975:635) — reference rate + 8 percentage points — and a statutory reminder fee of SEK 60.
Cancelled order: If you cancel after quote approval but before production starts, we invoice documented work performed (pattern work, fabric reservation). If the run is already in production we invoice the full quoted amount — the fabric has been cut. We tell you in writing before production begins so the decision stays with you.

Remake and warranty

We resew — no returns form.

Manufacturing faults carried by the studio: If a garment does not hold up — a seam fails, the fabric tears under normal use within twelve months, or the size deviates from the sample fit — we open a remake case and resew or replace it at no cost. You send a short description and a photo if needed. No returns form.
Wear and alteration: Normal wear, damage from sharp tools, chemicals, or accidents are not covered under warranty, but we offer repair at the hourly rate set in your uniform profile. Altering, shortening, or dyeing a garment yourselves voids the warranty — but not the uniform profile, and not our willingness to help next time.

Design rights

The pattern is ours, the uniform is yours.

21 April 2026: You own the right to wear, photograph, and market the uniforms we sew for you. Plaggra Studio retains copyright to patterns, blocks, and construction drawings — that is how we can sew refills year after year without asking you to brief from zero. You license us your logo and brand assets under the scope defined in the brief and quote; we use them only for your engagement and delete source files on delivery if you ask us to.

Liability

We answer for what we sew — not for what is outside our control.

We answer for what we sew — not for what is outside our control.: Plaggra Studio's liability for damages is limited to the invoiced amount in the engagement in which the damage arose, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages — lost profit, lost production, reputational harm. Force majeure (fabric-supplier strike, import block, natural disaster) extends lead times by a corresponding period without constituting breach.

Dispute and governing law

We prefer disputes to be resolved in conversation — write to [email protected] and we'll sit down. Where that is not possible, disputes are to be decided by Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.

The agreement exists so the garment has something to rest on.

A contract you cannot read is not a contract, it is an asymmetry. We write the terms the way we would want to read them. If any line gets in the way of the order or feels unfair — write to us. We reply the same day.
