Every order starts with a written quote. When the quote is approved, a 50% deposit is paid before sample work begins. The remaining balance is invoiced after sample approval and before full production or dispatch under the quote terms.
No full order enters production until the customer has approved a physical sample or explicitly waived the sample step in writing. Changes after sample approval may affect price and timing.
Manufacturing defects reported within 14 days of delivery are replaced, remade, or refunded at Plaggra's assessment. The customer only needs to email one sentence and one photo.
Uniforms made with the customer's logo, colour, sizing, embroidery, or other customisation cannot be returned because of buyer's remorse or changed needs after sample approval.
Delivery dates are stated in good faith. Delays caused by customs, transport disruption, authority decisions, supplier interruption, extreme weather, or other events outside Plaggra's control allow for a revised timeline, not automatic penalties.
