Process
Five public milestones, one sample approval gate, and a refresh line after delivery. The process is written before the quote so timing, money, and approval are visible from the first brief.

01 · Day 1
You send the room, team size, garment types, logo, photos, and what is wrong with the current uniform. We read it as a production brief, not as a catalogue request. If one detail is missing, we ask before the quote clock is wasted on guesses.
02 · Within 48h
Within 48 hours, you receive a written quote with garments, quantities, fabric, decoration method, timeline, deposit, and total. The quote is specific enough to approve or challenge. No hidden setup fees, no vague delivery window, no automated price table pretending to know your room.
03 · Day 10-14
After the quote is accepted, one physical sample is produced and sent to you. Colour, fabric weight, fit, logo placement, stitching, and care label language become something you can hold. This is the point where the work leaves the screen and earns approval by touch.
04 · ~Day 14
You approve the sample, or you send one clear change before production starts. No full order is cut before this moment. The approved sample locks the specification: fabric, measurements, placement, quantity, tolerances, and final balance. This is the production gate, not a courtesy step.
05 · Day 45-55
The full order is produced, inspected, packed, and dispatched with the studio checklist. You receive short status lines as the order moves: cut, stitched, in QC, dispatched. The finished package carries the garments, care card, and a documented dispatch record.
50% deposit after milestone II, remaining balance after milestone IV.
