The brief: You describe the business in twelve minutes — segment, headcount, what the garment must withstand, when it will first be worn. We do not ask about logos until we understand the room it will be worn in.
The written quote: Within 48 hours you have a document where material, cut, factories, timeline, and price share the same page. No spoken ballpark. No hidden margins. Only what we actually propose and what it costs to make.
Sample kit before the run: Before you order the run we ship a sample kit — real garments in the materials and cuts the quote named. You wash them, wear them, push them through a working week. The cost is credited against the series order when you proceed.
Production, versioned: We cut, sew, and pack in series we can trace. Each run is versioned: same roll, same factory, same measurements. Order again in two years and the garments come back identical — not a catalogue variant with the wrong tone.
Follow-up and refresh: Once the garment is worn we reach out before you have to ask. We propose refreshes when we see the wear pattern shift, we open a remake case when something doesn't sit right. The studio stays in the room after delivery.
