The brief form is our primary personal-data collection point. You may provide name, company, email, phone, segment, business answers, brand colours, logo files, and optional room photos.
We use this information to write quotes, produce samples, manage orders, handle defects, and remember fabric, logo, and sizing details for future refreshes.
Room photos, logos, and order artifacts are stored privately in S3-compatible storage. File links are time-limited and shared only when needed for quoting, production, or support.
Plaggra prioritises EU-based data processing and chooses vendors with GDPR-compatible data-processing terms. Payment details are handled by Stripe Checkout and are never stored on Plaggra servers.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify that the request comes from the right person.
